Please read Ben Heppenstell’s message:

“Due to the poor wind forecast for this Saturday we have decided to postpone this event until 8^th May.  I’m sorry and I hope this doesn’t disrupt your plans too much.  By May we hope to be able to offer overnight camping and outdoor catering, and with any luck more wind and less snow.  If you can’t attend and would like a refund please let me know and I will arrange it.  I hope that you will be able to make the new date and I look forward to seeing you then.”

Hot off the press 11 March 21:

NEW RS300 EVENT WHITEFRIARS SC 17 APRIL 21

I am thrilled to announce that Whitefriars Sailing Club are stepping into the breach to host an RS300 open on Sat 17 April following the cancellation of their original planned event this weekend 13-14 March and a gap where the cancelled RS Sprints would have been.

The open meeting will be a big race day of up to five races.  First race start 1200hrs.  Toilets will be open.  Tea and coffee will be available.  Ben Heppenstall and his enthusiastic team are attacking the race documentation as you read this.  So more information will be shared when done!
