Five boats had a perfect training day at Prestwick with sparkling sea,
sushine and a perfect force 3.
The morning session was followed by a debrief with video, and a
discussion on keeping the boat flat, gybing and how knackered everyone
was. Ian Baillie gave the benefit of his experience, and after lunch Mr
Bevs got all the boats back on the water for a punishing session.
More tacking and gybing followed, and we finished with a couple of short
races. A second video debrief followed where the finer points of getting
it right and going fast were discussed.
The day will have given everyone something to work on, and was perfect
practise for the Nationals next month.
