Getting really excited about our RS Games which so close I can almost smell the sweaty wetsuits!

Those of you who have already entered will be receiving joining instructions by email

The joining instructions have also been posted to your fleet documents library here so there is no excuse not to read them!

Food tickets - as part of the sustainability effort WPNSA are trying to avoid food waste.  So please buy your evening meal tickets ahead to enable them to plan correctly.  Buy your tickets from the RS Games shop here

Drink: please bring sports bottles to refill to reduce unecessary plastic water bottle waste

Party planning -

Wed 15 Aug: Welcome drinks reception at 1930hrs then watch the Weymouth Carnival fireworks at 2130hrs from your bar viewpoint across the water

Thurs 16 Aug: RS800 AGM 1800hrs, RS Curry Night 1930-2030hrs (you need to buy a meal ticket), RS Games Party with DJ T!pper in Spinnakers from 2030hrs

Fri 17 Aug: RS700 AGM 1800hrs, RS Big BBQ 1930-2039hrs (you need to buy a meal ticket), RS Inflatable Games

Sat 18 Aug:  RS100 and RS300 AGMs 1800hrs, RS Mexican Themed Meal 1930-2030hrs (you need to buy a meal ticket), RS Championship Party with Steel Strum from 2030hrs.  Optional fancy dress with theme of  "RS" ie wear something starting with an "R" or an "S" like a robin, robber, rubix cube or sumo wrestler, sailor (not in a dirty wetsuit thank you!), superstar etc.  Feel free to join in or not!

Sun 19 Aug: Prizegiving, then safe journey home or deep breath because the party is going on... and on... until Sat 25 Aug!

Tip for WPNSA:  go to WPNSA reception to pay £10 deposit for a locker in the changing room corridor, they are big enough to hold a tool box and sailing kit bag.  Store your food here so it doesn't get eaten by sea gulls!
