Urgent message from RS100 Class Chair: Noble Marine Nationals
Mostyn Evans, RS100 Chair has an urgent messgae for all RS100, RS300 and RS600 sailors:
Hi,
This year the Nationals are at Brixham in Devon from 16 to 20 September, starting with optional coaching on the Weds afternoon, 16th for new sailors looking for set-up and boat handling tips, as well as more experienced sailors looking to better understand the nuances of the waters.
Sally and I have met the club officials and were made very welcome. The clubhouse overlooks the dinghy pen and harbour and is a great venue, the bar is welcoming and the food excellent. The town itself is full of good bars and restaurants too and has a real vibe to it.
The sailing area will be no great distance from the harbour, there will be two courses, one for the RS100s and another for the RS300s and RS600s, and last time we were there, there were club members, including the legendary Commodore, in the water to get us onto our trailers and up the gentle slipway after racing. What could be better?
If you enter before 9am this Friday, you even get a polo shirt for just a £1!
Don't delay, enter today - all experience levels very much welcome, whisky flag ready if need be!
Mostyn
