How to get to the Mount Batten Centre
Road
Turn left off of the A38 Expressway at Marsh Mills Roundabout onto A374 signed “Plymouth City Centre”.
After ¾ of a mile, get into the left hand lane and follow signs for Kingsbridge, Plymstock A379. This will take you across Laira Bridge, keep to the right hand lane there will be a Brown sign on right saying follow all signs to
Mount Batten. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Pomphlett Roadsignposted Plymstock. Follow the road until you arrive at the next set of Traffic lights. Turn right; past Kenleys nursery on left, go through next set of traffic lights. Stay on this road (approx. 1½ miles) past Hooe school on left, straight on through the roundabout at Yacht Haven. Follow the brown signs along the road with aircraft hangers on your right and then turn right in to the Mount Batten Centre. We are below the “tower”.
Bus
You will need to get the First Bus – Number 2 from Royal Parade which then takes you to the Mount Batten Pier.
Water Taxi
The Water Taxi leaves from the Mayflower Steps on the Barbican at quarter past and quarter to the hour and takes you to Mount Batten. The Mount Batten Centre is on the left and is a 3 minute walk from the drop off point.

The club has on-site accommodation. 62 beds in 23 rooms, ranging from £44/person/night B&B for single occupancy in a room to to £20/person/night for a sharer in a 4-bed room (at 2014).
There are lots of camping and caravan sites close to Mount Batten.
Campervans can go on site, with electrical hook-up for £15/night (£10 without electric).
Plenty of cheap B&Bs and a local hotel.
For those wanting to stay in the city there are loads of options, and a half-hourly ferry from the Barbican which takes 3 minutes.
